Mission
Our mission is to inspire, empower and make kickboxing and it’s physical and mental health benefits approachable and accessible for all. We know that committing to a fitness routine is already hard, therefore we want KBF to become a place where you want to be, here you find encouragement and the community to help you to be fitter and healthier, both physically and mentally.

People come to KBF because they want to be here. Everyone knows each other’s name, and everyone’s excited to see their sweat buddies at each session. It’s an incredibly supportive environment, overflowing with positivity and absolutely no egos or judgment. At the end of each session, you’ll leave feeling like a champion.
What we have in store for you
KBF 50
Burn tons of calories in this intensive, 50 minute, group fitness class. After a warm up, you’ll be put through 20 minutes of bodyweight HIIT, kettlebell and dumbbell training before moving onto the kickboxing section. Here, our expert instructors will teach you real kickboxing techniques and combinations that you’ll use on the heavy bag to punch and kick your troubles away. This challenging but insanely fun workout will have you burning fat, building strength, improving your cardio whilst learning real kickboxing techniques. All this in our music-driven, unique ‘fight club meets nightclub setting’. It is an experience not to be missed.
Personal training
Want to take your training to the next level? Try our personal training. Whether it’s burning fat, improving your cardio and strength, learning kickboxing, competing or a mixture of all, our qualified, expert coaches carefully tailor a plan and guide you towards your goals. During an initial consultation with one of our trainers, your objectives will be identified and set, then your training plan formed. In our fully equipped personal training room and with the guidance of our coach, you’ll meet your goals in no time.
Corporate training

Our corporate training programs include group kickboxing fitness sessions, bootcamps, female self-defense or our complete ‘wellness package’ combines fitness, nutrition, life coaching and meditation for the ultimate program advancing employee wellbeing. Corporate training sessions can be delivered at our studio or at your office.
