Salmon is not only a delicious food, but consuming it also has an enormous amount of health benefits. How to eat it? Salmon is incredibly versatile; there are so many dishes in which it can be included. It can be baked with herbs and veggies, it can be fried for a few minutes in coconut oil, it can be grilled and even steamed. Even something as simple as sprinkling some salt and pepper over the salmon before cooking and squeezing a lemon over it after can make it taste amazing!
