At KBF Kickboxing Studio, our team of experienced and passionate trainers ensure classes are challenging, varied, stress-relieving and incredibly fun. We work hard to make sure each class you attend is different, ensuring you stay motivated and focused and continue to progress towards your goals. Co-founder and Head Coach

Our Head Coach has over 20 years of martial arts experience. Having competed in kickboxing, Thai boxing, Brazilian jiu jitsu and MMA in the UK and Thailand and trained some of the best kickboxing and MMA gyms around the world, he’s used his wealth of knowledge to make kickboxing fun, safe and accessible for all. It’s all in the details with our technical master. You’ll see your skills rocket and be kicking and punching like a pro in no time while still sweating buckets in every one of his classes. 

Our highly qualified Head Coach has been teaching martial arts since 2006, is a qualified ISSA personal trainer, and holds a Bachelor’s degree (BA (hons) and a teaching degree (PGCE) from the UK.



Hailing from France, Aurelien started training as a youngster where he demonstrated natural talent in the sport and soon became a three-time junior national champion. As an adult fighter, he went on to amass a record of 12 wins from 15 fights.

Aurelien has been coaching in Asia for ten years and at some of the biggest gyms in the region. Whether it’s learning the basics, kickboxing and Muay Thai for fitness, or fight preparation, Aurelien can do it and has done it.

Aurelien is available for individual and group personal training.


Co-founder and Coach

Our pint-sized coach, Mia, also known as The Little Menace, is not as sweet as she looks. The Vietnam native tried kickboxing in 2014 and was instantly hooked. With competing never on her mind, she fell in love with the physical and mental challenges kickboxing training presents. Fast forward to today, and she can’t go a day without smashing the pads or the heavy bags. 

‘Kickboxing is not just for people who want to fight. It’s an amazing way to get in shape and I love seeing my skills improve with each session. For me, it’s double the benefit of a regular workout’. 

Mia is the queen of speed, so expect a fast-paced, intensive workout with very few breaks. She takes no prisoners. Good luck, you’re going to need it!
