Looking for a guilt-free holiday treat that’s as adorable as it is delicious? These Frozen Strawberry Santas are the perfect answer! Made with just a few simple ingredients, they’re low-calorie, easy to prepare, and guaranteed to bring smiles to your Christmas celebrations. Whether you're hosting a festive gathering or looking for a fun snack, these little Santas are a joyful addition to your holiday table.



Ingredients:


  • 12 fresh strawberries

  • 150g plain Greek yogurt

  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract (optional)

  • 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup (optional for sweetness)

  • A few dark chocolate chips or sprinkles (for Santa's eyes)


Instructions:


Prepare the strawberries:

  • Wash and hull the strawberries.

  • Cut off the tip of each strawberry (this will be Santa’s hat).


Make the yogurt cream:

  • Mix the Greek yogurt with vanilla extract and honey/maple syrup (if using).


Assemble the Santas:

  • Spoon or pipe a small dollop of yogurt onto the flat base of the strawberry (this will be the base for Santa’s face).

  • Add the "hat" (the strawberry tip) on top of the yogurt.


Add details:

  • Use a small dot of yogurt to stick dark chocolate chips or sprinkles onto the yogurt layer to create Santa’s eyes.

  • Optional: Add a tiny yogurt "pom-pom" on top of Santa’s hat for decoration.


Freeze:

  • Place the Santas on a tray and freeze for 30–45 minutes until firm.


Calories (per serving, 2 Santas): ~50–60 kcal
