After a warm up, you’ll be put through 20 minutes of bodyweight HIIT, kettlebell and dumbbell training before moving onto the kickboxing section. Here, our expert instructors will teach you real kickboxing techniques and combinations that you’ll use on the heavy bag to punch and kick your troubles away. This insanely challenging but fun workout with have you burning fat, building strength, improving your cardio whilst learning real kickboxing techniques.
