Our most popular class. Burn up to 1000 calories in this intensive 50 minute workout. Torch fat by swinging kettlebells, lifting dumbbells and executing bodyweight HIIT exercises before moving onto the heavy bags to punch and kick your troubles away.


KBF 30

Don’t have time to train in our morning or evening classes? This is the class for you. This lunchtime class consisting of nine kickboxing and HIIT workout stations takes just over 30 minute to complete. Arrive and start the workout any time between 12 and 12:25pm and still finish the workout by 1pm when the class ends, giving you an intensive 30 minute KBF blast guaranteed to leave you feeling energised for your afternoon back at the office.

Learn kickboxing and Thai boxing fundamentals in our KBF Skills class. We cover footwork, punching, kicking, knees and elbows and how to put these all together in a combinations. Great for anyone wanting to learn the art or to get a head start for our KBF 50 or KBF 30 classes.

The first ten minutes of KBF classes are to arrive and wrap your hands. The class starts after ten minutes sharp.
